Don’t be fooled by the Bait And Switch Advertising

At WOW CARPET & UPHOLSTERY CLEANING there are no high pressure sales.  We only offer the best cleaning possible. A six step process that makes your carpets BEAUITUL, CLEAN, and HEALTHY once again for you and your loved ones.

  1. Pre-Vacuum – We will thoroughly vacuum your carpet.  Vacuuming removes the dry soil that has bonded to your carpet. Removing this dry soil is one of the most important steps in cleaning your carpet.
  2. Pre-treatment – Your carpet is then pre-treated with a high pH carpet cleaning solution.
  3. Agitation – We use a rotary action brush to agitate the cleaning solution to activate it and help it break down and loosen embedded soil off the carpet fibers.
  4. Rinse and Extract – Once the soil has been loosened, our state-of-the-art truck-mounted hot water extraction (aka steam cleaning) process will thoroughly flush the carpet.  We use a special rinse solution to balance the pH, so there is no dirt-attracting residue left behind on the carpet fibers.
  5. Speed Dry – We use the Dri-Eaz AirPath, an incredible air mover specially designed to dry carpets fast. A 10×10 room could be dry in minutes and not days.
  6. Groom – The carpet pile is set in one direction for faster drying and more visual appeal.

Carpet manufactures and mills recommend Hot Water Extraction which is why we use that method exclusively.
