- We inspect the area with a black light and probe tool to determine if pet urine has penetrated the carpets backing and padding
- We saturate the spot with a special oxidizing deodorizer so the cleaning agent reaches the padding.
- We use the water claw subsurface extractor and our state of the are truck mount unit, to pull the urine out from the padding up.
