Step 1
Pre-Vacuum – We will thoroughly vacuum your tile. Vacuuming removes the dry soil that has bonded to your grout. Removing this dry soil is one of the most important steps in cleaning your grout.
Step 2
Apply specially developed tile and grout cleaning solution
Step 3
Utilize State of the art power scrubber that aggressively brushes each  individual grout line.
Step 4
Apply 230 degree High pressure hot water rinse which is self contained and blasts the remaining dirt from the grout line and tile. This is instantly vacuumed up leaving your floor virtually dry and amazingly clean.

There is no mess and you can use the area almost immediately after we are finished. If you do not say “WOW” once you see the difference our job is not done.
