My white carpet is 23 years old. It has been cleaned once a year by only two companies during this time Traffic areas were looking grayish, both companies attributed this condition to wear, not their cleaning methods.

| I bought a foreclosed home & it needed the carpets cleaned. The house is 10 years old & so is the carpet. I thought I would need to replace it all. But now I don’t have to. I can not believe how Great it looks. Every step of the way Thomas told me what he would be doing. It was the first time any carpet cleaner explaned anything! What a wounderful job, and very respectful of my home. I can say I will only be using them when its time to get my wood floors done & when my carpet needs it again. I have already refered them to all my friends & family. Thank you Thomas for a Job well done. |

WOW
| I am a dog owner and I love my dogs but my carpets took a beating. I had WOW come out and my carpets look great. I also had my grout cleaned and I forgot what my original color was. They were very professional and cared about customer service. Definitely will use them again and refer to my friends and family. |

Wow what Proffessionals
| They certainly chose the right name. They are the best carpet cleaners in spring hill. Over the years i have tried many different company’s including the big franchise cleaners. I have to say my carpets and ceramic tile have never been cleaned as well as today. They were so friendly and professional and for the first time someone actually explained the processes they were using. They also scothgarded my carpets and sealed my tile and gave me a one year warranty at no extra charge. Thanks Thomas and you know i will have you back soon for my upholstery cleaning. |

I was blown away…
| I called wow when I was moving out of the house that I was renting. Saying our carpets were BAD is an understatement. Wow came out and in a few hours the carpets looked brand new. I highly recommend using them. |

Exceptional!
| WOW! is all that need be said!!!!!!! these guys did an AWSOME job made our carpet tile and grout look brand new!!!!!! What I appreciated most was their professionalism, you just dont find that level of customer service anymore. We just bought a new sectional and yes they will be scotch guarding it next week! |

Unexpected results!
| I am pretty diligent at keeping our air filters changed around our house and vacuuming on a weekly basis. Even so there is always a considerable amount of dust on the filters when they are ready to change. I had WOW Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning come clean our carpets almost 2 months ago and this weekend it was time to check the filters and replace them. They had been replaced the same weekend that WOW Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning was at my home. I could not believe how little dust was on the air filters this time. I was really impressed at the thouroughness, professionalism and incredible results of the carpet when WOW Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning had finished, but I was not prepared for the HUGE reduction of dust in my home as evidenced by the really clean filters that would otherwise be caked with dust by now.
